DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We work hard to get your package to you on time! Once you place an order, expect your package to arrive in 5-7 business days with standard shipping and 3-5 business days with priority shipping. Please note that Exeter Blossom Soap will pass off your order to the local USPS or UPS carrier. Larger orders may be shipped through UPS Ground.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed through our website will ship within 1-3 business days. In rare occasions, we do run out of stock, which can cause a delay in an order. If this happens, we will contact you. Once an order has been processed and the carrier has possession of the order, you will be supplied with the carrier tracking number.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
On the rare occasion that an order is lost or not delivered by the carrier, please notify us as soon as possible. If the carrier states that the order was delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for the replacement of the order. Please contact your local USPS office to address that situation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of your order, we will make it right. Please contact us for a refund. Customer may be subject to shipping and handling charges for exchanges or returns.
